District 7620 is pleased to welcome its new Executive Secretary, Deborah Burgess. Deborah will begin in the role on July 1, 2021.
Deborah Burgess is a business operations and program management professional with extensive experience in operations oversight, strategy development, budget development, regulatory compliance, and cost control. She has used this experience to help corporate, government and non-profit organizations achieve their goals. Deborah’s skills were developed through a variety of assignments in the above-mentioned organizations. Her education includes an MBA in Management from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Deborah is a native of Baltimore. She has lived and worked in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, and Louisiana. Deborah’s family returned to Maryland and settled in Charles County. She has lived in Baltimore County for the past seven years. Deborah is a Notary Signing Agent and facilitates closings for real estate transactions.
